Introduction to Cash Flow Analysis 4/23/20



*To receive the Member rate, Registrant must be a RMA San Diego Chapter prepaid-dinner member, or Registrant’s Company must have at least one prepaid-dinner member in the RMA San Diego Chapter.

*Classes will be limited to 25 and only registrations accompanied with payment will be valid.  Preference will be given to San Diego Chapter Prepaid-Dinner Members and to registrants who participate in multiple courses.

This presentation provides an overview of cash flow, but is not designed to give someone a complete understanding of the topic.  The main emphasis of the course is interpretation of UCA cash flow with secondary attention to the mechanical aspects of the topic.

Who will benefit from this program:  Commercial lenders, credit analysts, and loan review personnel.  It will be of greatest use to those who already have a fundamental understanding of financial statement analysis and cash flow construction and analysis.


After completing this program participants will be able to:

  • Analyze the historical cash flow performance of a privately held company.
  • Construct and analyze cash flow projections based on an interpretation of the company’s future.
  • Identify and discuss the most important cash flow issues impacting the creditworthiness of the company.
